Got Questions? We’ve Got The Answers!
Where can I find my AWeber subscriber count?
Open your AWeber account dashboard and check the Total Email Subscribers figure in the People overview card. Make sure your chosen AWtomator plan supports this many subscribers.

Can I pay in Bitcoin?
Yes…though this option is not available for our EU customers.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or cancel your current plan at any time via your account. You don’t even need to contact us (though we are happy to do it for you if you prefer). If you upgrade, we’ll prorate the unused portion of your current plan towards your new one.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling will stop any future billing renewals – your account will then expire at the end of your currently paid up period, or immediately if you are requesting a refund under our risk free guarantee.
What is the Risk Free guarantee?
We want you to choose us with confidence. So you’re either fully satisfied in the first 30 days, or we will cheerfully retire your account and rush you a full refund of your investment.
